The pension fund excludes securities from companies or government bonds from countries from the investable investment universe that systematically violate conventions or treaties ratified by Switzerland. This includes, for example, companies that are involved in the production of controversial weapons or countries that disregard human rights. In addition, companies from the coal sector that could mutate into ‘stranded assets’ (assets that lose their value due to the global sustainability transition) and therefore represent a risk for the pension fund's portfolio are excluded.

The Pension Fund of Credit Suisse Group (Switzerland) periodically reviews the exclusion list and can adjust it at any time.
