Emergencies can quickly become a major burden. Social Counseling offers help with

• Personal or family-related issues
• Sickness, disability or death
• Financial difficulties (including budget consulting and debt counseling)
• Financial emergency and examines the possibility of/procures support from the Gefion Foundation and/or the Support Fund
• Addiction and dependency

Social Counseling
• is bound by professional secrecy
• is a general staff unit without any controlling or decision-making authority
