Pension Fund regulations 2020

Owing to the introduction of the 1e retirement capital savings plan, the Pension Fund of Credit Suisse Group (Switzerland) will comprise two foundations from 2020: the Pension Fund for pension capital savings, and Pension Fund 2 for 1e retirement capital savings. Consequently, two separate sets of Pension Fund regulations will be introduced from next year.

The two sets of Pension Fund regulations valid for 2020 are available now in the "Download" section of the Pension Fund website.

Key changes
Owing to the introduction of the 1e retirement capital savings plan and the associated legal provisions, the purchasing options in 1e retirement capital savings will be reduced for certain insured from next year. This applies in particular to employees in their mid-forties or older with the "Top" contribution option. If your purchasing options are already very limited, it may be worth making a somewhat larger purchase this year. Your pension advisor will be happy to assist you.
