Change to the Board of Trustees of the Pension Fund as of July 1, 2022

Joëlle Laprévote and Damian Hodel will join the Board of Trustees of the Pension Fund of Credit Suisse Group (Switzerland) as employee representatives and Daniel Imhof will join as employer representative on July 1, 2022.

With the departure of Daniel Ammon as employee representative, Joëlle Laprévote and Damian Hodel will be stepping up as members of the Board of Trustees for Pension Fund 1 and Pension Fund 2 respectively. Daniel Imhof will replace Aaron Matzinger as employer representative for both Pension Fund 1 and Pension Fund 2.

Daniel Imhof is Global Head of Investment Management. This unit provides contract-based investment advice and wealth management solutions for all Global Wealth Management clients, including UHNW clients and family offices. In this role, Daniel is responsible for Global Wealth Management's discretionary investment solutions. Daniel is a voting member of the Global Investment Committee. He also chairs the Investment Management Committee responsible for the determination of tactical investment views as well as the Global Asset Allocation Committee, which decides on how to implement investment ideas into discretionary mandates.

Joëlle Laprévote was already elected as an employee representative for Pension Fund 2 in the Board of Trustees election at the end of 2020. She has been working for Credit Suisse for 18 years and, as a client advisor in Premium Clients, she has a great deal of expertise in the areas of pension provision and investments.

Damian Hodel has been working at Credit Suisse since 1995. Until 2007, he worked in the Swiss Large Corporates business area as a key account manager. He has been supporting Premium Clients in Region Central Switzerland since 2007. He is also part of the local management team in Lucerne representing the UHNWI segment.

We say goodbye to Daniel Ammon, who has represented the interests of employees since 2017, and to Aaron Matzinger, who has sat on both Boards of Trustees of the Pension Fund on behalf of the employer since 2021. We would like to thank them both for their professional and constructive cooperation and wish the new representatives a successful start on the Board of Trustees of the Pension Fund.

Duties of the Board of Trustees

As the highest governing body, the Board of Trustees manages and supervises the Pension Fund of Credit Suisse Group (Switzerland). It defines the overall strategy of the Pension Fund and monitors its implementation. During their four years in office, the members of the Board of Trustees dedicate themselves in particular to the areas of pension provision, investment of assets, risk management, and organization of the Pension Fund. The 12-person board appoints the management, the pensions actuary and the independent auditors, while also designating the members of the various Pension Fund committees.
