2016 Annual Report of the Pension Fund of Credit Suisse Group (Switzerland)

The Pension Fund of Credit Suisse Group (Switzerland) achieved a return of 3.7% in 2016 (2015: 1.6%). The coverage ratio increased by 0.7% to 108.5% in contrast to last year.
By the end of the year, the Pension Fund had 18,782 active insured in comparison to 19,073 in the previous year. The number of pension recipients, on the other hand, increased by 3.6% to 11,407, which is equivalent to 399 new pension recipients. The total number of insured increased from 30,081 to 30,189 persons year-on-year.
The total assets of the Pension Fund of Credit Suisse Group (Switzerland) increased slightly and exceeded the CHF 16 billion threshold.
