The Management of the Pension Fund of Credit Suisse Group (Switzerland)

The Pension Fund Management shall prepare proposals in the area of responsibility of the Board of Trustees and the committees, and implement their decisions. In compliance with the guidelines laid down by the Board of Trustees, the Management shall oversee operational activities, issue the necessary guidelines for the internal organization, and represent the Pension Fund externally.
