Board of Trustees elections 2024/2025

The integration of Credit Suisse into UBS also impacts the activities of the Pension Fund. In this extraordinary situation, the current Board of Trustees prefers stability and continuity in the composition of the Board of Trustees. The employee representatives on the Board of Trustees have therefore unanimously consented to run for re-election for the new 2025–2028 term of office.

The current members of the Board of Trustees have successfully led the Pension Fund through the last four years thanks to their expertise and productive collaboration. A silent re-election sends a strong signal of trust in the stable management body.

An election to the Board of Trustees with additional candidates will be held if at least 20 eligible voters in a constituency submit a request to hold the election and more candidates are available than the number of seats to be allocated. Candidates and eligible voters are assigned to one of the two constituencies, based on the office address. Detailed information on the requirements can be found in the election regulations.

The application deadline and the nomination process are now open and will end on November 24, 2024. The vote will take place between January 20 and February 2, 2025 on the MyPension portal.
